Cost Control Officer (CC)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3)/Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Experienced in the field of Engineering/Contruction Contracts Administration/Estimator.
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
• Familiar with Computer (MS Office and AutoCAD).
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Manager (HSE)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) or Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Surveyor Pengukuran (SP)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 30  years old.
• Minimum requirement of Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the field of measurement/surveyor at high rise building.
• Able to read drawings.
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Finance (FN)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the field.
• Familiar with Computer (MS Office).
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Drafter (DRF)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) or Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same field.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
• Understanding the cost analysis and scheduling.
• Understanding shopdrawing and contract documents.
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.

Quality Control Officer (QC)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) or Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Understanding of quality management systems, procedures, standard tolerance and work instructions.
• Knowing the quality of work.
• At least 2 years of working experience as QC at highrise building project.
• Decisive and able to coordinate.
• Willing to be placed in all site projects.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Civil Engineer (CE)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) or Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
• Have a good skills in the field of analysis of structural design and cost estimates.
• Familiar with AutoCAD (2D - 3D), SAP 2000
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
• Ready to accept the challenge.

Site Engineer (CE)

Requirements

• Male, maximum age of 45 years old.
• Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) or Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
• Understanding the cost analysis and scheduling.
• Understanding shopdrawing and contract documents.
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
