PT Saptaindra Sejati started its  commercial operations in 1991 and originally registered as PT Dianlia Setyamukti, a small subcontractor for heavy equipment. The name of PT Saptaindra Sejati was established in 2002. Road Maintenance Manager (Code : RM-MANAGER)

Requirements
  • Male with maximum age of 40 years old.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in Coal mining company as Road Maintenance Manager.
  • S1 from the faculty of Mining, Geology, Civil Engineering.
  • Certified POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) is preferred.
  • Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing.
  • Familiar in using MS office & Internet.
  • Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007. 
  • Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury).
  • Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License would be an advantage.
  • Mastering mine production operations: Planning, Over Burden & Coal Production,Drilling & Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment & Supporting. 
  • Ability to act in an objective, non-discriminatory and have a decisive nature. 
  • Dare to take decisions quickly and accurately. 
  • Good health and able to work under pressure with good result 
  • Will be based in all over SIS site project
Engineering Group Leader (Code : ENGGL)

Requirements
  • Male with maximum age of 35 years old.
  • S1 majoring in Mining.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the area of mining industry as a mine engineer.
  • Have a POP License would be an advantage.
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.
  • Will be based in all over SIS site project.
Mine Planner (Code : MPL)

Requirements
  • Male with maximum age of 35years old.
  • S1 majoring in Mining.
  • At least 2-4 years of working experience in the area of mining industry as Mine Engineer.
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.
Plant Group Leader (Code : PLANTGL)

Requirements
  • Male with maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Min education of Senior High School
  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience as a group leader in open pit coal mining area and related position.
  • Have a mechanic experience or background would be an advantage.
  • Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
  • Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated.
  • Have a strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Will be based in all over SIS site project.
Instructor Plant (Code :INSPLANT)

Requirements
  • Male with maximum age of 35 years old.
  • At least 3 - 5 years experience as a mechanic instructor especially in mining companies.
  • Training For Trainer (TFT) certificated.
  • Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated.
  • Be able to teach (in-class & field practical).
  • Be able to work in a team.
  • Have a strong communication skill.
  • Willing to be based in all over SIS site project.
Senior Mechanic Heavy Equipment (Code : SRMECH)

Requirements
  • Male with maximum age of 40 years old.
  • At least 5 - 8 years of working experience as Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
  • BMC License preferred.
  • Base in Kalimantan.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100.
  • Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.
  • Willing to be based in all over SIS site project.
Mechanic Heavy Equipment (Code : MECH)

Requirements
  • Male with maximum age of 35 years old.
  • At least 2 - 4 years of working experience as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
  • BMC License preferred.
  • Base in Kalimantan.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100
  • Willing to be based in all over SIS site project.
Group Leader General Affair (Code : GL - GA)

Requirements
  • Male with maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum education of Diploma / Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience as General Affair.
  • Passive English.
  • Familiar with computer (MS Office).
  • Physically and mentally fit.

Officer Research Operation (Code : OFF - RO)

Requirements
  • Male with maximum age of 35 years old.
