Requirements
- Male.
- Minimum age of 21 years and a maximum of 30 years on 1 September 2014.
- Not Married / Single.
- Graduating Senior High School (SLTA) equal with minimum average value of 7.00.
- Local resident / work area around each KPH, as evidenced by the ID card and certificate of domicile.
- Willing to be placed as field personnel (Mandor) in the region of KPH Perum Perhutani.
- Documents Required
- Cover letter addressed to Kepala KPH / Administratur KPH on following address list below :
- Office address list KPH Central Java Regional Division here
- Office address list KPH East Java Regional Division here
- Office address list KPH West Java and Regional Division here
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Legalized copies of academic cerificate and transcript.
- Police Notes (SKCK).
- Medical cerificate.
- Recent color photograph 4x6 (2 pieces).
- Copy of ID card and domicile certificate legalized by RT / RW / village.
- Statement letter :
- Not have family relationship (husband / wife) with the employees of Perum Perhutani.
- Willing to be placed as field personnel in the work area of KPH Perum Perhutani.
