Account Supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum S1 majoring in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of accounting, preferably supervisor/coordinator specializing in finance - general/cost accounting or equivalent.
- Applicants must willing to work in Pejaten Barat.
- Registered in IAI (Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia) will be an advantage.
- Able to analyzing financial statements, the role of income and expense in the profit planning.
- Able to measuring work performance and cost accounting.
- Strong knowledge of management functions in the company tax.
- Able to make tax planning, conduct the implementation of tax obligations and tax control.
- Strong knowledge of computer's manual and the operational.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, MYOB, SPSS of Office automation.
- Strong integrity, honest and passion in working.
- Posses excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably supervisor/coordinators specializing in purchasing/inventory/material and warehouse management or equivalent.
- Applicants must willing to work in Pejaten.
- Experienced with the procurement process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all levels of partner both internal or external.
- Excellent problem solving skill and decision making.
- Have a good integrity, honest and energetic personality for work.
- Posses excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Law.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably Staff (non-management and non supervisor) specializing in Humar Resources or equivalent.
- Applicants must willing to work in Pejaten Barat.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Law or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in the related field, preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Managers specializing is Secretarial/Executive and Personal assistant or equivalent.
- Applicants must willing to work in Pejaten.
- Capable in policy and strategy of good corporate governance.
- Capable to managing company documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all levels of partner both internal or external.
- Excellent problem solving skill and decision making.
- Have a good integrity, honest and energetic personality for work.
- Posses excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Proven PMO/Project Lead experience and knowledge of project management (> 5 years in managing/leading project).
- Strong experience in management of corporate strategic initiatives implementation.
- Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholder to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Understanding of the principle and frameworks of sucessful project management.
- Underanding of project delivery and acceptance process within a growing business environment.
- Excellent skills in problem solving, decision making, sound judgement, and assertivenes
- Possess excellent interpersonal skill.
- Familiar with MS Project and MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Managers specializing is Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
