At present, Medco Power operates 2 gas-fired power generation plants in Batam and 3 gas-fired power generation plants in South Sumatra, 1,320 MW Maintenance and Operation contracts of Tanjung Jati B Power Plant in Jepara Central Java.
To support the performance of energy companies in favor of electricity in Indonesia and increase the optimal profit in 2015, PT Medco Power Indonesia  job opening for the position and the following requirements:

Operation Leader

Requirements

• Minimum age of 30 years old.
• Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Conversion.
• At least 2 years of proven experience project in Power Plant, especially in Hydro Power Generation.
• Willing to be assigned in remote area (Cibalapulang, Cianjur).

Project Financing - Investment

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Strong experience in financial modelling/valuation, investment management, acquisition and due diligent.
• Broad knowledge in IPP Business, PPA, and EPCC will be an advantage.
• Preferably for applicants with bakground from consulting company of big four public accounting firm (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, KPMG and Deloitte).

Geothermal Production & Operation Manager

Requirements

• Minimum age of 35 years old.
• Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or related technical discipline, advanced degree in Geothermal Engineering will be an advantage.
• Must be experienced in the field of geothermal industri for at least 7 years.
• Proven track record in maintaining and monitoring geothermal plant project, specially in upstream development.
• Strong experience in directing, coordinating, planning and overseeing tasks and operation activities at geothermal power generation plants.
• Experience in develop budgets, schedules and maintain daily logs and other related work is an advantage.
• Having POP/POM/POC certificate is a plus.
