Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in IT, Computer, Engineering.
• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Willing to work in shift.
• Fluency in English both oral & writing.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office usage.
• Experience in installation and configuration of applications, servers and workstations.
• Knwoledgeable in CISCO switches and configuration.
• Firm understanding of LAN, WAN, and data communication technologies.
• Exposure to ITIL and Service Management practices and procedures (preferred).
• Work location at Ambon (must be local resident and living in same city as work location).
