Pemimpin Sub Divisi Pengembangan Informasi (ITB-37)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum S1, preferably S2.
• Have a BSMR Level II certificate.
• Having experience in the field of Information Technology for 10 years and havning an understanding of CBS (CBS Alpha prefer BITS)
• Having the ability in the development of IT application / systems and IT project management.
• Understanding and experience in SDLC implementation.
• Having a certification related to IT will be an advantage.

Pemimpin Sub Divisi Priority Banking (PBB-37)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum S1 from all majors, preferably S2.
• Have a BSMR Level II certificate.
• At least 10 years of experience in the financial industry / banking charge of product development, branch sales and distribution or customer relationship management.
• Prefereablu experience in the field of wealth management.
• Understand the rules and regulations of banking and banking operations
• Understanding banking products, bancassurance and investment. Preferred certified in the field of banking and investment.
• Having leadership skills.

Penyelia Pengembangan Value Proposition Priority Banking (PVC-37)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 from all majors.
• Have a BSMR Level I certificate.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of the financial industry / banking charge of development of banking products and services.
• Understand the rules and regulations of banking and banking operations.
• Preferred has a certification in the field of banking and investment.
• Understanding banking products, bancassurance and investment.
• Having the ability to analyze data and managerial.

Penyelia Marketing & Customer Experience Priority Banking (MCC-37)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 from all majors.
• Have a BSMR Level I certificate.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry / banking charge of marketing communications or customer relationship management.
• Understand the rules and regulations of banking and banking operations.
• Service oriented and have a good data analysis capabilities, customer research and managerial.

Penyelia Branch Sales Coordinator Priority Banking (BSC-37)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 from all majors.
• Have a BSMR Level I certificate.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry / banking charge of sales and marketing (funding and or lending).
• Understand the rules and regulations of banking and banking operations.
• Have a wide business network in the marketing of banking products.
• Having a sales coaching and managerial capabilities.

• Able to work under pressure and result oriented.
