Officer Development Program – Information Technology (ODP-IT)

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, and Faculty of Informatics.
• Maximum age 25 years for S1 and 27 years for S2.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (for S1) or 3.20 (for S2) on a 4.0 grade scale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Not color blind
• Not married and willing to not married until appointed as permanent employee in Bank Mandiri.
• Do not have a father / mother / brother / sister who actively work in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
• Willing to undergo a bond.
• Has never participated in the selection process for ODP Bank Mandiri in 2014.
