Operation Manager Development Program

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Single, not more than 28 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience (not in sales or marketing area).

Mega Management Development Program

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) in all majors from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Not more than 27 years old in this year (2014).
• Excellent leadership skill and involved actively in organizational activities.Strong drive for success.
• Demonstrated good analytical, problem solving and communication skill
• Proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
• Willing to join 1 year of Mega Management Development Program education program in Jakarta.
