PT PLN (Persero) now has 48 business unit offices across the archipelago. In terms of financial performance, PLN has a stable financial performance in 2014.
To support the performance of the company and increase its profit in 2015, PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero)  hiring for the position and the following requirements:

Minimum education
  1. S1/D4 :  Electrical Engineering / Power Lines / Electronics / Instrumentation / Control
  2. D3       : Electrical Engineering / Power Lines / Electronics / Instrumentation / Control
General Requirements
  • Single (not married) and willing to not married during the period of pre-service training / Diklat Prajabatan.
  • Graduated S1 / D4 or D3 with the age limit:
    • S1 / D4: Birth in 1989 and thereafter.
    • D3: Birth in 1991 and thereafter.
  • Cumulative grade point average (GPA) > 2.75. 
Documents Required
  1. Cover letter addressed to PT PLN (Persero) cq Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta.
  2. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  3. Copy of birth certificate (akte kelahiran). 
  4. Legalized copies of academic certifiacate and transcripts.
  5. Copy of valid ID card (KTP).
  6. Recent color photograph size 3x4 (2 sheets), please write your name on back side of the photograph.
  7. For Cross Channel Applicants (D3 forward to D4/S1), shall attach additional documents as follow :
    • Legized copy of D3 academic certificate.
    • Legized copy of D3 transcripts.
