The history of ITC began in 2003 when 3 state-owned trading company PT Dharma Niaga (Persero), PT Tjipta Niaga (Persero), and PT Pantja Niaga (Persero) were amalgamated into PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero). ITC is based in Jakarta and now has 34 branch offices throughout Indonesia. The Company also supported by 3 subsidiaries/affiliates, namely PT Dharma Niaga Putra Steel, PT Trisari Veem, and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia.

Requirements

• Minimum S1/S2 in Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong comptency model, psychodiagnostioc and analytical thinking.
• 2 full-time positions available.
