Officer Helpdesk (922169)

Requirements

• Tertiary Studies in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Able to demonstrated Customer Service Mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems (desirable)
• Experience within a Help Desk, Customer Service Centre or Call Centre environment (desirable)
• Proficient in computer literacy (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).
• Knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, incident logging software.
• Firm understanding of Networking principles and ability to understand network diagrams (desirable).
• Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill.
• Excellent oral and written English.
