Requirements

• Indonesian citizen (WNI).
• Healthy physical / spiritual and not wearing glasses and not color blind
• Good character.
• Minimum requirements of SMA IPA or SMK Machine (Automotive) with minimum average NEM value at least 6.50.
• Minimum age of 18 years and maximum 30 years old as of 1 December 2014.
• Male, with a minimum height of 160 cm (ideal body weight).
• Never engage Drugs or Psychotropic.
• Not tattooed and pierced.
• Willing to be placed throughout the region of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
• Passed in all stages of selection process organized by the committee recruit of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).

• Applicants directly come to the KAI's clinics at the address below by carrying requirements: a copy of high school diploma / vocational and NEM which has been legalized, Copy of valid Identity Card (KTP), recent color photograph size 4 X 6 4 pieces.
• Applicants who meet the criteria and pass the selection and administration are eligible to follow direct health selection phase 1, the implementation of the administration and the initial health clinic was conducted simultaneously in KAI DAOP / DIVRE / Subdivre on 6-10 January 2015.
