As a state-owned company, LEN Industri is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. In 2013 LEN Industri achieved positive financial performance, where total net profit in 2013 is Rp 71.48 billio increased 7.15% compared to 2012 which was Rp 66.71 billion in 2012. This figures was stated by LEN Industri in its Annual Report 2013.
To support the performance of the company and increase profit targets in 2015, PT Len Industri (Persero)  hiring for the following positions and requirements:

Trainee Staff Komunikasi Korporasi

Requirements

• Maximum age of 27 years old as of 28 February 2015.
• Have a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Communication Studies (Fikom) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (PTN) and 3.25 (PTS).
• Operating knowledge of graphic design applications, such as Photoshop, Corel Draw or Adobe Ilustrator.
• Mastering in one of multimedia applications, such as Ulead, Pinnacle or other multimedia applications.
• Liked documentation (photos and video) with a digital camera.
• Able to make writing articles or news (journalism).
• Mastering with HTML to manage website content.

General Requirements

1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with a good health, both physically and mentally.
2. Creative, have high integrity and critical analyst personally. 
3. Be autonomous, hard workers and never give up.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Have a good writting skill, verbal communication skill and roficient in computer literacy (Windows, MS Office).
6. Not having a husband / wife who works as an employee or prospective employee of PT Len Industri (Persero).
7. Willing to sign a waiver of the company.
8. Willing to be assigned in all project sites of PT Len Industri (Persero).
