Hutama Karya also supported by 3 directly-owned subsidiaries, namely PT HK Realtindo, PT Pole Haka (Hakapole), and PT Hakaaston.
To support the performance of the company and increase profits in 2015, PT Hutama Karya (Persero)  hiring for the position and the following requirements:

Staff Administration

Minimum requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting  (S1 AC).
• Diploma Degree (D3) in Accounting (D3 AC).
• Diploma Degree (D3) in Tax (D3 Tax).

Staff Engineer

Minimum requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering (S1 CE).
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture (S1 Arc).
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering (S1 ME).
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Power Engineering (S1 EL).

General Requirements 

• Graduated From State University (Fresh Graduate) with a minimum GPA of 2.85 (PTN) and 3.00 PTS accredited A in last 3 years).
• Male with a maximum age of 24 years old (S1) and 22 years old (D3).
• Willing to be placed in all working area of PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
• English literacy, spoken and written.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office / Open Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point).
• Healthy performance, proportional appearance with minimum height of 162 cm.
• Highly power struggle and highly driven with a strong commitment in achieving career, personal, organizational goal and have a good teamwork.
