Helpdesk Analyst I

Requirements

• Male / Female, minimum education of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering.
• Previous experience in the field of IT is a plus.
• Able to communicate with end users who have different levels of IT knowledge.
• Have a good ability to analyze problems in accordance with the applicable SLA.
• Have a good ability to provide a solution (problem solver) for internal IT issues (KBUMN) and externally (BUMN).
• Strong understanding the concept of working web-based application and database, application architecture, and application interoperability.
• Strong understanding the concept of Information Technology Master Plan, which includes enterprise architecture (based TOGAF) and IT Framework (based COBIT).
• Strong understanding the concept and implementation of network, application usage in a Windows environment (including MS Office), and rapid response in the study of technology / new knowledge related IT services.
• Can use the user access to resolve problems.

Senior Web Programmer Aplikasi Perkantoran II

Requirements

• Male / Female, minimum education of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering.
• Proficient in programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Strong capability in database MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL server.
• Strong capability in using PHP Framework PHP ie Zend Framework, Zend Framwork 2, Yii, CI, Laravel.
• Operating knowledge of Windows, Linux.
• Strong capability in JavaScript Framework (Jquery).
• Operating knwoledge of Open Source Server (Apache).
• Strong knowledge and good understanding about Versioning System ie Concurrent Versioning System (CVS) and Sub Versioning (SVN).
