Requirements

• D3 Secretary (Preferred) / S1.
• Capabilities and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge and good understanding about the archives guidelines.
• Strong knowledge and good understanding about the correspondence and archives.
• Have a service-oriented attitude with a friendly and attractive appearance.
• Able to communicate well and smoothly (communicative).
• English literacy, spoken and written.
• Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), data processing and internet applications.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Executive Secretary.
• Employment Status: Contract Employee (PWT).
• Placement location: Cilacap and Sorong (preferably local resident and living in same city as work location).
