General Requirements

• Minimum education of SMA/K or equivalent (1, 2, 3).
• Male (2), Male or Female (1, 3).
• Maximum age of 40 years old (1), 30 years old (2), 20 - 26 years old and single (3).
• Previous experience as sales/marketing at manufacture/retail/FMCG company and willing to follow training program will be highly prioritized (1).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as collector at Banking/micro banking institution will be highly prioritized (2).
• Have a long association with the market traders (1).
• Demostrated good communication skill, honest, disciplines and target oriented (1, 2, 3).
• Previous experience with administration/finance and operating knowledge of MS Office will be highly prioritized (3).
• Have own vehicle (motorcycle) and SIM C (1, 2, 3).
• Placement area : Semarang, Ungaran, Ambarawa, Weleri, Sukorejo, Demak, Kudus, Bangsri, Pati, Rambang, Kragan, Gubug, Godong, Purwodadi, Wirosari, Blora, Cepu, Randublatung, Secang, Temanggung, Wonosobo, Magelang, Muntilan, Salaman.
