HSE Officer (Code: HSE)

Requirements: 

• Have a Bachelor Degree of Diploma Degree majoring in Health and Safety.
• At least 5 years of field experience as a HSE Officer in the field of Oil and Gas sector, preferably in a fabrication yard.
• Strong knowledge about high risk fabrication activity, such as heavy lifting, confined space, working at height.
• Certified AK3 or K3 by The Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of Republic of Indonesia (KEMENAKERTRANS RI).
• Have a good leadership skill, fair English communication both speaking and writing.
• Team player, good communication.
• Willing to work in a multicultural environment.
• Quantity required : 20.

Safety Engineer (Code: SE) 

Requirements: 

• Have a Bachelor Degree of Diploma Degree majoring in Health and Safety.
• At least 5 years of field experience as a HSE Officer in the field of Oil and Gas sector, preferably in a fabrication yard.
• Relevant experience with HSE documentations, such as Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, HSE Inspection.
• Prior experience in incident investigation through root cause analysis other method.
• Previous experience in HSE Statistics & training analysis and reporting.
• Have a good leadership skill, fair English communication both speaking and writing.
• Team player, good communication.
• Willing to work in a multicultural environment.
• Quantity required : 2.

Mechanical QC Inspector (Code: Mec QC) 

Requirements: 

• Degree / Diploma (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Production Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector.
• Previous experience in the field of static and rotary equipment inspection is a must.
• Well versed the common practice of preservation of various vessels, tanks, pump, motor etc. are widely used for Oil and gas field.
• Well versed the usage of modern instrument to cross verify.
• Quantity required : 4

Material QC Inspector (Code: Mat QC) 

Requirements: 

• Diploma or graduate degree in any field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Material QC Inspector.
• Familiar with various international standard related to material inspection is a must.
• Well versed in various international code and standard like ASME, AWS, API, BS, EN etc.
• Quantity required : 5.

Coating, Painting QC Inspector (Code: CP QC) 

Requirements: 

• Degree / Diploma majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Material Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Coating QC Inspector.
• Certified NACE level - 2, BGAS Level II, and FROSIO. 
• Well versed in Quality control activities & wide international standard knowledge as an Inspector.
• Quantity required : 3.

Dimensional QC Inspector (Code: DCI) 

Requirements: 

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering.
• Minimum 9 years of total experience and 6 years of experience in offshore structural activities.
• Well versed total station (Leica / Top com), various optical levels, utilization of various software etc.
• Well versed all office software, AutoCAD, Etc. 
• Familiar with collect data from site and produce the report from the system is a must.
• Quantity required : 4. 

Calibration Technician (Code: CT) 

Requirements: 

• Diploma majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Calibration Technician.
• Well versed with various international standard related to calibration.
• Quantity required : 3

Training Coordinator (Code: TC) 

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree from any discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Training Coordinator.
• Certified Train the Trainer
• Strong leadership skill, fair English communication both speaking and writing.
• Experience in delivering training courses.
• Quantity required : 1.

Welding Superintendent (Code : WS) 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Welding Superintendent.
• Fair English communication both speaking and writing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication and assembly methodologies for piping, steel structures, equipment, skids and modules. 
• Strong knowledge of prefabrication and assembly practices.
• Able to define team members overall roles and responsibilities and enhance individual skills ensuring the best performance of the team in order to achieve the objectives
• Strong knowledge of piping and steel structures materials and consumables
• Able to read and interpret technical project documents.
• Quantity required : 1.

Prefabrication Supervisor (Code : PFS) 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Prefabrication Supervisor.
• Fair English communication both speaking and writing.
• Able to coordinate Subcontractors and internal personnel from a technical point of view
• Strong knowledge of prefabrication methodologies for piping and steel structures. 
• Awareness of erection/assembly activities, awareness of lifting and heavy lifting methodologies
• Strong knowledge of structural steel cutting.
• Deep understanding of pipe cutting and beveling.
• Quantity required : 7.

Prefabrication Superintendent (Code : PS) 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Prefabrication Superintendent.
• Fair English communication both speaking and writing.
• Able to plan assigned project team activities defining technical roles and tasks and estimating the needed number of resources and their skills, in order to meet project milestones and targets.
• Strong knowledge of piping and steel structures materials and consumables.
• Strong knowledge of prefabrication equipment.
• Deep understanding and application of a project execution and construction plan.
• Able to read and interpret technical project documents.
• Quantity required : 2.

Structural Superintendent (Code : SS) 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Prefabrication Supervisor.
• Fair English communication both speaking and writing.
• Able to define team members overall roles and responsibilities and enhance individual skills ensuring the best performance of the team in order to achieve the objectives.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel cutting.
• Quantity required : 1.
