General Requirements

• Indonesian citizen (WNI).
• Minimum age of 18 years and not older than 30 years.
• Have educational qualifications, skills, expertise and skills that required.
• Never sentenced to prison or jail by a court decision that already has a binding legal force, as an act of criminal.
• Never engage in an activity / movement against the Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the State and the government of Republic Indonesia.
• Never honorably discharged at his own request or not with respect as civil / military members / police members or dishonorably discharged as a private employee.
• Good character as evidenced by SKCK of local police.

Specific Requirements

1. Legalized copies of academic certificate and trancript with minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Copy of Certificate Register (STR) or statement letter that STR is in the prosess of Health Personnel Provincial Assembly (MTKP) for Perawat and Radiografer positions.
3. Legalized copy of PPGD or BTCLS certificate for Perawat positions.
4. Minimum height of 160 cm (Female) and 165 cm (Male) for Perawat and Radiografer positions.

6. Application letter addressed to Direktur RSUD Prof Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto (Indonesian language handwritten with black ink and signed on the stamp Rp 6000).
7. Recent photograph 4x6 (2 sheets, please write your name in back side).
8. Legalized copies of diploma and transcript.
9. Copy of valid ID Card (enlarged 200%).
10. CV and signed by the applicants.
11. Legalized copy of SKCK.
12. Copy of Certificate Register (STR) or statement letter that STR is in the prosess of Health Personnel Provincial Assembly (MTKP) for Perawat and Radiografer positions.
