• Minimum 2 years of experience in micro administration.
• Have a good administration skill, strong motivated, conscientious, disciplined and honest.
• Have driving license class C (SIM C) and personal motorcycle (proof of ownership).

Credit Officer (Code : CO - 37)

Requirements

• Male, with a maximum age of 35 years old per 9 May 2015.
• Minimum D3 with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (State University) or 3.00 (Private University).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field Sales of banking products, financial institutions or marketing customer good.
• Preferably experienced as credit analysts from micro banking and have a good skills in micro-banking analysis and risks mitigation.
• Have driving license class C (SIM C) and personal motorcycle (proof of ownership).

Area Relationship & Collection Order (Code : ARCO - 37)

Requirements

• Male, with a maximum age of 35 years old per 9 May 2015.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field banking / financial institutions, especially in the field of collection.
• Have a good collection and negotiation account maintenance skills.

Requirements

• Male, with a maximum age of 35 years old per 9 May 2015.

• Able to make measuring and monitoring tools for micro-credit process and internal control.
