Management Trainee Program

Requirements

• Male/ Female with maximum age of  30 years old
• Education required
• Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, Law and Accounting.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in Accounting.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 (S1 Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) and 3.00 (S1 Management, Law and Accounting and D3 Accounting) of 4.00 scale.
• High Level of English proficiency and computer literacy.
• Strong leadership skill, dinamic, and highly motivated.
• Demonstrated good communication skill.
• Willing to be assigned in all site projects of PT Dahana (Persero).
• Willing not to be marry in Management trainee program (9 month).
