Head of Organization & HR Development

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Mechanical/Electro/IT/Economics.
  • Maximum age of 45 years old.
  • Minimum grade of System 3.
  • Minimum talents of potential on last 3 semesters.
  • Kompetenal level : System-Optimization.
General Requirements
  • Attach a copy of the last SK.
  • Work experience of at least 5 years.
  • Employees must meet minimum criteria Potential talents (POT) 3 final semester.
  • Attach a curriculum vitae (SAP/SIPEG version).
  • Experience in PLN attached with SK directors.
  • Submit a letter of application to join the fit and proper test approved by the General Manager / Head of the Division of Local Unit / HR Director (for subsidiaries).
  • Make the concept work program a maximum of 12 pages of A4 as presented.
  • Make a power point presentation.
