General Requirements

• Minimum education
• Background in Bachelor (S1) Degree (8, 9).
• Background in Diploma (D3) Degree (1, 2, 7).
• Background in Diploma (D1) degree (4).
• Background in Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (6, 3, 5, 10, 11).
• Maximum age of 22 years old (6), 26 years old (4), 30 years old (3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11), 32 years old (2) and 36 years old (1, 7).
• Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as unit head at micro finance or 3 years of experience as Loan Officer/Marketing Officer at micro finance (1).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as analyst or credit/loan officer at micro finance (2).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in same position or 3 years as credit administration/risk management at financial institutions/banking (7).Previous experience as sales/marketing at manufacture, retail or consumer goods industry (3).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as finance/credit staff at financial institutions (4, 6, 9).
• Good knowledge and understanding of accounting and financial administration (4, 6, 9)
• Good knowledge and understanding of networking, programming, PABX, software/hardware troubleshooting (8).
• Strong communication skills, honest and disciplines (1 - 11).
• Preferably have customer base (1, 2, 3).
• Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office (1 - 9).
• Have personal vehicle and driving license class (SIM) A/C (1 - 11).
• Placement area : Sulawesi Utara, Gorontalo and Maluku Utara (Ternate).
