Management Trainee (Code : MTE)

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Actuarial, Accounting, Economics and Development Studies, Law, Communication Studies, Management, Mathematics, Banking, Psychology, Information Technology, and Civil Engineering.
• Maximum age of 25 years old (as of 31 December 2015).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (PTN) or 3.25 (PTS) on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Minimum TOEFL of 500 (which is still valid).
• Willing to be placed at the head office and branch offices of TASPEN throughout Indonesia.

Non Management Trainee (Code : NMT)

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) in Office Administration, Actuary, Accounting, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Tax, Secretary, and Information Technology.
• Maximum age of 24 years old (as of 31 December 2015).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (PTN/PTS) on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Possess certification of Tax Brevet A / Tax Brevet B / Accounting / Computer / English will be highly prioritized.
• Willing to be placed at the head office and branch offices of TASPEN throughout Indonesia.
