Basic Development Program (BDP) 

Requirement 

• Male / Female, with a maximum age of 26 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in all majors.
• Strong academic results: Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Good level in English.
• High motivation, strong analytical and excellent communication skills. 
• Willing to be assigned in all over Indonesia.
• Willing to undergo a bond after a period of education.
