Requirements:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum Professional Degree in Medicine (General Practitioner).
• Have SIP and STR General Practitioner.
• Cover Letter and CV.
• Copy of educational diploma.
• Copy of Transcript.
• Copy of other supporting certificates (Seminar / Training).
• Willing to be placed in Kebraon and Benowo Medical Clinics.
