Requirements

Administration (ADM)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) from any field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Possess excellent communication skill.
- Flexible, energetic, and able to work under pressure
Audito Person (AUDIO)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) from any field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Have a good knowledge and skill in Recording & Mixing Audio will be highly prioritized.
Budget & Management Accounting (BMA)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, with maximum age of 7 years old.
- Have a good ability in manage budget and finance.
Camera Person (CAMPERS)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) from any field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Strong knowledge and skill in Camera Standard Operationg Procedure
- Have a good skill in video editing, minimum basic knowledge.
Editor (VE)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1), preferably majoring in Information Technology / Broadcasting.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Previous experience in editing software and computer graphic.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Employee Services (HRO)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from any field, preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, and Economy.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Information Technology (IT)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Information Technology or Telecommunication
- Have a good IT network, hardware or programming skills.
Internal Audit (IA)
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting from reputable university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit / Public Accountant firm.
- Possess excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
Legal (LEG)
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) majoring in Law from reputable university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Previous experience in the related field, especially in Corporate Legal, License / Permit and Litigation.
- Possess excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills.
Lightingman (LIGHTING)
Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of the electrical and lighting.
Mechanical Electrical (ME)
Requirements:

Motion Graphic (MG)
Requirements

- Technical expertiese in graphic programs ; Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema 4D or 3D Max.

On Air Presentation
Requirements:
- Diploma Degree (D3) in any field, preferably majoring in Technical.
- Communicative, inisative and deft.
- A team player and willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Organization Development (OD)
Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in organization development.
Public Relations (PR)
Requirements:

Quantitative Research (QR)

Senior Creative (CRE)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in Broadcasting or Journalistic.

- Creative, communicative, and strong interest in television program production.
- Minimum 1 year experience in TV Station or Production House as a Creative staff.
Set Property (SP)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) from any field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Previous experience in TV station or production house as a Set Property staff will be an advantage,
Wardrobe Person (WP)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum age of 27 years old.
- Diploma Degree (D3) in any field, preferably majoring in Fashion.
- Have a good knowledge in costume design and modification.
