Office Management Jr Manager

Requirements

• Not exceed 35 years of age.
• Minimum S1 in any major, with the minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field, with the last experiences in managerial position.
• Demonstrated good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail and work oriented.
• Posess excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Staff Construction & Maintenance (Head Office)

Requirements

• Not exceed 30 years of age.
• Minimum S1 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering r equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably staff specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Good understaning of technical concents and language.
• Detail oriented, strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Possess excellent leadership skill with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated and have positive mind set.
• Emerging ability to build relationship with line management.
• Willing to travel across the region/Indonesia.

Drafter

Requirements

• Not exceed 35 years of age.
• Minimum D3/S1 in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably staff specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proficient in using and utilizing AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Proficient in using and utilizing 3 Max, Google Sketch Up + Vray Render.
• Strong knowledge making working drawing.
• Good in administration.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
