Team Leader Field Collector

Requirements

• Male/Female, Indonesian Citizens (WNI) with the maximum age of 32 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Collection Supervisor or equivalent at Finance/Banking Companies. 
• Attractive and good personality.
• Able to communicate well to all levels, able to build teamwork and able to work under pressure
• Good in English both oral and written.
• Have no family relationship (father / mother / brother / sister / children) with BTN's employees.
• Mastering MS. Office.
