General Requirements

• Male.
• Age
• Manager Proyek Utama : Not more than 45 years old. 
• Manager Proyek Muda : Not more than 40 years old.
• Site Manager : Not more than 35 years old.
• Have high integrity.
• Hold an S1 degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Experience 
• Manager Proyek Utama : previous experience as project manager at least 5 projects or 12 years.
• Manager Proyek Muda : previous experience as project manager at least 3 projects or 8 years.
• Site Manager :previous experience as site manager at least 3 projects or 5 years. 
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia.
• Able to work in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and deadline.
• Strong knowledge of project management.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Project, Primavera).
