Requirements

• Age of candidate under 25 years old.
• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors (except Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Arts, Education, Religious and Tourism).
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Single (not married) and remain unmarried during first year period.
• Preferably Female.
• Good looking with height and weight proportional.
• Retirement age of 36 years old.

Junior Staf (Supporting & Bisnis)

Requirements

• Age of candidate under 25 years old.
• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors (except Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Arts, Education, Religious and Tourism).
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Single (not married) and remain unmarried during first year period.
• Preferably Male.
• Retirement age of 36 years old.

Junior Staf FC Collection

Requirements

• Male/Female, age of candidate under 32 years old.
• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/financial company as collector.
• Able to ride two-wheeled motor vehicles and have SIM C (preferably have own motorcycle).
• Retirement age of 36 years old.

Requirements

• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in micro banking as marketing staff.
• Able to ride two-wheeled motor vehicles and have SIM C (preferably have own motorcycle).

Requirements

• Male/Female, age of candidate under 35 years old.
• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in micro banking as marketing staff.

Team Leader UMKM

Requirements

• Male/Female, age of candidate under 40 years old.
• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in micro banking with last position as Unit Manager / Sub Branch Manager / Team Leader in the field of micro-credit banking least 1 year.
• Have attended training in Marketing / Sales Officer / Accounts Officer / Credit Analyst and Leadership.

Supervisor Collector & Recovery Mikro 

Requirements

• Male/Female, age of candidate under 45 years old.
• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in micro banking and have experience in the field of collection at least 2 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Team Leader/Supervisor Collection.
• Have attended training as credit and collector will be highly prioritized.

General Requirements

1. Neat and attractive appearance;
2. Have an excellent health (physically and mentally) and drug free;
3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Dynamic and have strong work motivation;
5. Able to work individually and in a team;
6. Good computer skill, minimum Microsoft Office;
7. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
8. Do not have a family relationship with the employee of Bank BJB up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / son / brother / sister);
9. Willing to be stationed in all working area of Bank BJB;
