Requirements

• The level of education and age :
• ANT I & ANT II : maximum age of 40 years old as of 1 September 2015.
• ANY III : maximum age of 35 years old as of 1 September 2015.
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field (preferably ex-captain).
• The minimum height of 162 cm.
• Not color blind and do not wear glasses or opticlens and no eye defects.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• No tattoos, no earrings.
• Willing to be relocated in all working area of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero).
• Willing to follow the Scout Education Program Batch XXXVIII 2015/2016.

Application should contains the below documents :

1. Copy of educational certificate (SD - last education);
2. Authenticated copy of marine diploma;
3. Copy of birth certificate;
4. Seafarers Skills Certificate (COC / COP) in accordance with the Manila Amendments or proof / receipt of payment of membership education seafaring skills;
5. Copy of sailor book;
6. Description of sailing time of harbormaster as captain at least 3 years;
7. Police Record (SKCK);
8. Recent color photograph 3x4cm, 3 sheets (dressed in white long sleeves, tie and blue background).
