Bancassurance - Area Relationship Manager (ARM)
Requirements
- Male / Female not exceed 45 years of age, attractive.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Strong relationship, personality straightforward, communicative, and target oriented.
- Hands-on experience in the marketing of insurance or other financial industry.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience, ability to lead and supervise the organization.
- High loyalty, dedication, proactive, independent and have a high confidence.
- Able to open up and develop the market, and has entrepreneurial spirit and love a challenge.
- Able to recruit qualified sales force, build and develop a team of salespeople in their area.
- Would be placed in the area in accordance with the needs of the Company.
Bancassurance - Bancassurance Relationship Manager (BRM)
Requirements
- Male / Female not exceed 35 years of age, attractive.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree (D3) in any field.
- Strong relationship, entrepreneurship, personality straightforward, and communicative,
- High loyalty, dedication, proactive, independent and have high confidence.
- Experienced at managerial level and have experience in marketing
- Able to recruit qualified sales force, foster and develop.
- Having a certificate / award to show their performance achievement.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
Bancassurance - Bancassurance Relationship Officer (BRO)
Requirements
- Male / Female not exceed 28 years of age, attractive (preferably unmarried).
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in any field.
- Experience in sales/marketing at insurance/banking industry is preferable.
- Able to operate a computer.
- Personality straightforward, communicative, enthusiastic, and target oriented.
- Willing to work full-time and placed in the branch office of Bank BRI.
Branch - Sales Manager (SM)
Requirements
- Male / Female not exceed 45 years of age.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Hands-on experience in marketing and experience to succeed in achieving the target.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience and have experience in the field of marketing of insurance or other financial industry.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills.
- Able to recruiting, managing a team, negotiation, communication, able to operate a computer and have the spirit of entrepreneurship and like the challenge.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
Branch - Unit Manager (UM)
Requirements
- Male / Female not exceed 50 years of age.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree (D3) in any field.
- Hands-on experience in marketing and experience to succeed in achieving the target.
- Personality straightforward, communicative, enthusiastic, target oriented.
- Able to recruiting, managing a team, negotiation, communication, able to operate a computer and have the spirit of entrepreneurship and like the challenge.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
Branch - Field Underwriter (FU)
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age at least 18 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least High School or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Have an interest in the field of marketing and target oriented.
Corporate - Corporate Sales Executive (CSE)
Requirements
- Male / Female not exceed 28 years of age, attractive.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in any field.
- Experience in sales / marketing in insurance or banking preferred.
- Able to operate a computer.
- Personality straightforward, communicative, enthusiastic, and target oriented.
DPLK - Marketing Executive (ME)
Requirements
- Male / Female not exceed 28 years of age, attractive.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in any field.
- Experience in sales / marketing in insurance or banking preferred.
- Able to operate a computer.
- Personality straightforward, communicative, enthusiastic, and target oriented.
Strategic Alliance - Worksite Sales Officer (WSO)
Requirements
- Male / Female not exceed 28 years of age, attractive.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in any field.
- Experience in sales / marketing in insurance or banking preferred.
- Able to operate a computer.
- Personality straightforward, communicative, enthusiastic, and target oriented.
Strategic Alliance - Partnership Sales Officer (PSO)
Requirements
- Male / Female not exceed 28 years of age, attractive.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in any field.
- Experience in sales / marketing in insurance or banking preferred.
- Able to operate a computer.
- Personality straightforward, communicative, enthusiastic, and target oriented.
