Specialist - Program Management NID

Requirements

• Hold an S1 degree in any field from a reputable university
• At least 5 years of experience at engineering and telecommunication industry, preferably in the field of project management and business process.
• Technical expertise in project management.
• Strong knowledge (intermediate level) of telecommunication industry (radio network design).
• Intermediate skills in database system and business process analysis.
• Proficient in computer literacy.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skill.
• Good team work and result oriented.

Specialist - Costing and Profitability

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance.
• At least 4 years of experience in the related job (finance).
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial report.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Intermediate skills in SAP.

Specialist - Revenue Assurance Monitoring

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree in IT, Accounting, Telecommunication.
• At least 5 years of experience or exposure in network, retail-billing revenue-stream process.
• Previous exposure in either billing, ERP/SAP, data-warehouse, Telco IT System will be highly prioritized.
• Good knowledge of IT, Telco, Billing; Telco Operators structure, telecommunications industry and GSM.
• Strong presentation, communication, report writing and auditing skills.
• Customer and result oriented.
• Strong analytical thinking.

Specialist - Regional Network Planning

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing radion network coverage and capacity based in 2G/3G/4G technology.
• Operating knowledge of geo-location planning applications (Mapinfo, Google Earth).
• Good skill in using radio network planning tools.
• Strong understanding in end to end radio access network topology, including transmission access network capacity planning.
• Strong understanding in business case model for CAPEX and OPEX exercise.
• Strong understanding in radio network parameters.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Excel for Radio Planning -long site lists, macors, VBD and template development.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Strong presentation skill.
• Enthusiastic and strong achievement drive.
• Previous exposure in either billing, ERP/SAP, data-warehouse, Telco IT System will be higly prioritized.
