Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 in Accounting, Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering with a minimum final GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Good computer skill (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work in a team.
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in project area : Semarang, Solo and Yogyakarta.

Staff Perencanaan Bisnis

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Planning Engineering, Geodesy, Geomatics, Business Administration, Real Eastate with a minimum final GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of property, property appraisal, and business development in the related field.
• Good computer skill (Microsoft Office), AutoCAD, and ArcGIS.
• Able to work in a team.
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking and good calculating skill.
• Strong presentation skill and detail.

Staf Teknik

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Electro Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with a minimum final GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of property development, property consultant or property agent.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Have a good skills in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUP and ArcGIS will be highly prioritized.
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed at project site.

Staff Pengadaan

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 in any field with a minimum final GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales, preferably from state university (PTN).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of procurement of goods and services.
• Preferably experienced at construction and property companies.
• Possess certification in procurement is favorable.
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
• Have a good skill and experience in negotiation.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking and high morale.

Staff Sumber Daya Manusia

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30  years old.
• Minimum S1 in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law with a minimum final GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of personnel and human resources development.
• Have an understanding of Indonesia Regulations in Manpower, Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relations and Personnel.
• Good computer skill (Microsoft Office).
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Have driving license class A and C (SIM A and C).

Site Manager

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40  years old.
• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Electro Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of property development and construction will be highly prioritized.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Good computer skill (Microsoft Office), AutoCAD.

Manajer Pengembangan Bisnis

Requirements

• Maximum age of 45  years old.
• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Planning Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of property, property appraisal, and business development in the related field.
• Preferably experienced at property consultant.
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
