Graduate Trainee Program (GTP)

• GTP is a structured 12-months training program at CCAI for young professional/fresh graduates to create dynamic, dedicated and responsive future leaders of CCAI. At present, CCAI are looking for GTP in following areas of choices:

1. Sales
2. Supply Chain
3. Finance
4. Human Resources
5. Information Technology
6. Business Services (Public Affairs & Communications, Logistics, Cold Drink Equipment Services)

Requirements

• Candidate holds at least a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (S1/S2) from respectable universities with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.0 scale.
• Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year experience.
• Actively involved in organization or social activities.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
• Willing to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
