Requirements

• Minimum holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in major Civil Engineering, Business, Finance and or Accounting.
• Proven experience in asset management for 5 to 7 years.
• Able to work with financial concepts.
• Able to perform financial analysis including ROI, IRR and discounted cash flow modeling.
