VP Product Management

Requirements

• Education Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Marketing, IT, and Business. Background in Master Degree (S2) will be highly prioritized.
• At least 10 years of experience in product management or customer management.
• Have a good knowledge of product management and revenue management.
• Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle management.
• Telco marketing landscape
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Market and financial awareness
• Customer orientation,
• Possess excellent communication skill.
• Good coalition building.

Analyst- Internal Auditor

Requirements

• Education background in Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (S1/S2) in IT.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in related field, telco background is a must.
• Previous audit experience in team lead role (internal/external) will be highly prioritied.
• Preferably Certified in audit field/related skill.
• Strong analytical skill in related core skill/field, particularly in analyzing internal control.
• Requires skill in executing and delivering assurance and consulting assignments.
• Intermediate knowledge of risk and control.
