Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Male/Female.
• Minimum education of undergraduate degree (S1).
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for S1) or 3.25 on a 4.00 grade scale (for S2).
• Not exceed 25 years of age for undergraduate degree (S1) and 27 for post graduate degree (S2).
• Graduated from School of Business and Management ITB (SBM ITB).
• Graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) with a background in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
• Good looking with height and weight proportional:
• Male : minimum height of 165 cm.
• Female : minimum height of 155 cm.
• Have no family relationship with Bank BJB's employee up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / child / brother / sister).
• Not married and Willing not to get married during the education program.
• Willing to be placed in the working area of Bank BJB.
• Willing to undergo Association Office.
