Mikro Unit Head (Code : MUH - GRU)

Requirements

• Previous experience in micro banking for minimum 3 years.
• Strong knowledge and good understanding in micro banking industry and demonstrated good skills in selling micro banking products, micro credit analysis, collateral appraisal and collection.
• High skills in negotiation, product sellingand credit risk mitigation.
• Have a good vision and strategy in developing unit and the achievement of targets.
• Must know how to use Microsoft Office Program, especially Word and Excel.

Risk Control Officer (Code : RCO - GRU)

Requirements

• Previous experience in banking audit, preferably at micro banking for minimum 2 years.
• High skills in micro credit analyst and collateral appraisal.
• Must know how to use Microsoft Office Program, especially Word and Excel.

Relationship and Collection (Code : RC - GRU)

Requirements

• Previous experience in the field of marketing or collection at banking or financial institution for minimum 1 year. Preferably at micro banking.
• Have a good collection skill (soft collection and hard collection).

Marketing (Code : MKT - GRU)

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in selling banking/financing products or marketing in consumer goods. Previous experience in micro banking will be an advantage.
• Good looking, confident and excellent communication skill.
• Target oriented.

General Requirements

• Hard worker and do not give up easily;
• Good understanding of risk;
• High integrity;
• Good leadership skill;
• Maximum age of 37 years old for RC, RCO and MKT positions and 40 years old for MUH position;
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) for RC and MKT positions and Bachelor Degree (S1) for MUH and RCO positions;
• Have a personal motor cycle and SIM C.
