The name of RSJ Prof Dr Soerojo Magelang officially launched in 2001 by Health Minister Decree No.1684/MENKES-KESSOS/SK/XI/2000.
Due to strengthen its team, Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof Dr Soerojo Magelang are currently taking applicants for the following positions:

General Requirements

1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
2. Maximum age of 35 years old.
3. For D3 and above, have a GPA of at least 3.00.

Application should contains the below documents :

1. Application letter;
2. Legalized copy of academic diploma (enclosing a certificate of accreditation if it has not been stated in the diploma);
3. Legalized copy of academic transcript;
4. Copy of training certificate(s);
5. Valid STR or the letter of passed the competency test and STR still in process.
6. Curriculum Vitae (download here);
7. Copy of ID Card and Family Card (KK);
8. Legalized copy of working reference (if any);
9. Passport Photo 4x6 (2 sheets).
