Marketing Communication Officer

Requirements
  • Not older than 30 years of age.
  • Minimum holds Bachelor Degree/S1 in Marketing or Management from reputable university with GPA 3.00 within 4.00 scales.
  • Required experience for minimum 4 years in the related field.
  • Good looking.
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking.
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Good leadership with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and have positive mind set.
  • Independent, result oriented, tough and able to thrive in a fast paced and energetic environment.
  • Able to buld relationship with line management.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and computer literate.
  • Willing to travel across the Country.

Human Capital Staff

Requirements
  • Minimum holds Bachelor Degree/S1 in Human Resource (HR) Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required experience for minimum 3 years in the related field, preferably as a staff specializing in HR or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in HR area : dealing with user, talent and performance area client service oriented, self motivated, detail oriented.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong project management skill.
  • Pssess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and computer literate (Microsoft Office 2007 or Word, Excel and Power Point).

Maintenance Staff

Requirements
  • Minimum holds Diploma Degree/D3 in Airline Operation, Airport Management, Aviation Engineering, Aeronautics Engineering, Astronautics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required experience for minimum 3 years in the related field, preferably as a staff specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities and Machinery) or equivalent.
  • Full-time position(s) available.

BOD Staff

Requirements
  • Minimum holds Diploma Degree/D3 in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required experience for minimum 2 years in the related field, preferably as a Supervisor/Coordinator specializing in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
