Requirements

• Male and Female.
• Minimum education of undergraduate degree/S1 (already graduated / certified).
• GPA min. 3.00 for (for undergraduate degree/S1) and 3.25 for (post graduate/S2) within 4.00 scales.
• Not exceed 25 years of age for undergraduate degree (S1) and 27 for post graduate degree (S2).
• Graduated from a reputable university from all backgrounds are welcome to apply, except: background in Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Arts, Education/Teaching, and Religious.
• Good appearance with proportional posture (minimum height of 165 cm for female and 170 cm for male, with ideal weight).
• Have no family relationship with Bank BJB's employee up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / child / brother / sister).
• Single/unmarried and remain unmarried  during the training period
• Willing to be stationed in all working areas of Bank BJB.
• Willing to undergo Association Office.

Qualification

• Have a strong analytical skill.
• Have a good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• English literacy, spoken and written.
• Able to use computer especially Microsoft Office.
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind (partial or total) and drug-free.
• Have a good integrity, discipline, and commitment.
