Staff Legal

Requirements

• Minimum S1, majoring in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of legal.
• Expertise
• Mastering negotiation techniques.
• Fluent in English (Oral and Written).
• Have a good knowledge and strong understandingabout the Law of Business Agreement.
• Strong understanding of stock market.
• Past experience in the Notary office will be highly prioritized.

Kepala SPI (Satuan Pengawas Intern)

Requirements

• Minimum S1, majoring in Economics
• Past experience in the related field for more than 10 years.
• Have attended training in internal audit.
• Expertise
• Have strong understanding about the object of the audit / inspection.
• Fluent in English (Oral and Written).
• Good understanding about the basics of good corporate governance (GCG).
• Able to perform inspection, monitoring, and assessment of the audit object.
• Able to create Justification audit results.
• Able to manage the personnel and financial companies.
• Able to monitor the implementation of inspection activities.

Manajer Keuangan dan Akuntansi

Requirements

• Minimum S1, majoring in Economics Accounting.
• Past experience in the related field for at least 10 years with 3 years of experience in managerial position.
• Have attended training in internal audit.
• Expertise
• Have a good skill in treasury.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Have a good skills in financial management and business management.
• Have a good skill in risk management.
• Have tax brevet.
• Able to analyze financial statements
