Requirements

• Minimum graduate with Bachelor of Engineering, Telecommunication or Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a programmer and 2 years as a System Analyst. 
• Previous experience in managing cross-functional discussion, executive workshops and idea generation workshops.
• Candidate with prior experience minimum of 2 years in telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background is preferred.
• Strong initiative to learn Telecommunication Industry, include Technology and Process Knowledge.
• Strong initiative to learn on System Development Life-Cycle and Project and Release Management.
• Have good skills in the field of Information System, System Analysis and Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of analytical and programming technical skill such as: Java, web programming, PL/SQL, etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the Product Development, Product Behavior and Product Management, Provisioning and Activation processes.
• Technical skills in technical writing and reporting.
• Possess excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication industry in general.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication system in the area of the system areas mentioned above.
• Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure in the area of server, database, IP network.
• Have a good skills in translating functional specification into program code.
