Quality Control/Lab

Requirements

• Minimum education of Diploma.
• Mastering quality control
• Able to perform material testing lab / site.
• Operating knowledge of lab tools, sand cone, hammer test, etc.
• Able to create labratory result reports.
• Able to coordinate and communicate with the labor relations (external and internal).

Supervisor (Pelaksana Lapangan)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) Civil Engineering
• Have a good knowledge and strong understanding about the drawings and the scope of work in the field under the contract.
• Proficient in the coordination and communication with the working relationship (head, foreman, handyman and environment)
• Able to create jobs hospitalization.

Surveyor

Requirements

• Minimum education of Diploma.
• Operating knowledge of measuring instruments TS, Theodolites, Waterpass, etc.
• Able to process the data measuring to the data prepared in pictures.
• Able to create measuring reports.
• Able to coordinate and communicate with the labor relations (external and internal).

Drafter

Requirements

• Minimum education of Diploma.
• Operating knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D and 3D.
• Mastering the image control administration.
• Able to coordinate and communicate with the labor relations (external and internal).

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Requirements

• Minimum education of Diploma.
• Mastering calculations in the scope of contract / image.
• Mastering preparing reports:
• Back up the data.
• Chronological changes in the scope of work.
• Able to coordinate and communicate with the labor relations (external and internal).

Quality Assurance (QA)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) Civil Engineering.
• Mastering ISO.
• Able to create th report.
• Able to coordinate and communicate with the labor relations (external and internal).
• The candidate with prior experience minimum of 2 years in the related field is preferred.

Health Safety and Environment (HSE)

Requirements

• Background in
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Environmental Engineering.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4) K3.
• Mastering ISO.
• Able to implement a system of occupational health and safety management
• Started from planning, Operation, implementation and monitoring and reporting.
• Able to create or identify risk.
• Required experience for minimum 2 years in construction companies.
• Able to coordinate and communicate with the labor relations (external and internal).

Administrasi Kontrak

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Civil Engineering, Law.
• Mastering contract administration and legal aspects
• Able to coordinate and communicate with the labor relations (external and internal).
