Senior HSE - Expertise in High Rise Building

Requirements:

• Male, with the maximum age of 50 years old on March 2016.
• Minimum background in undergraduate degree (S1) and preferably a postgraduate or master degree (S2) majoring in Health, Safety, and Environmental, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Past experience as Senior HSE in High Rise Building projects fro at least 15 years.
• Strong knowledge of QMS ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001, SMK3L as well as HSE corporate plan and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in HSE audits, and inspections, leading and delivering HSE programs such as mentoring, training & awareness programs, incident investigations, analysis & reporting processes ; and emergency response plan.
• Demonstrated good organizational skill, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with a minimum supervision.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Able to independently and proactively.
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show leadership and also good team member.
