Management Development Program (MDP)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4), majoring in Mechanical Engineering (and allied majors), Informatics Engineering, Electro Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Accounting.
• Have an outstanding academic record with minimum GPA of 3.00 for PTN with an accreditation of at least B and 3.20 for PTN with an accreditation of at least A.
• Minimum English Score: TOEFL (PBT): 450/ IBT: 45/ IELTS:5/ TOEIC: 550.
• Maximum age of 30 years old on 1 April 2016.
• Able-bodied, not color blind, free of narcotics and illegal drugs.
• Well-behaved and never involved in criminal activities.
• Willing to undergo a bond over into OJT participants, including the period of Prospective employees and 2 years since he/she was appointed as permanent employees accordance with applicable provisions.
• Willing to fill out and sign an affidavit as MDP program applicants at INKA in 2016 which has been provided by INKA (download here).
• The candidate with prior experience in the related field or possess expertise certification is preferred.
