Management Trainee Program (MTP)

Education Required

• Bachelor Degree (S1) with background in
• Agriculture : Agriculture majoring in Agronomy / Cultivation, Pests and Diseases / Soil Science.
• Agricultural Engineering : Agricultural Technology majoring in Agricultural Engineering.
• Accounting : Accounting
• Human Resources (HR) : Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
• Diploma Degree (D3) with background in
• Mechanical : Mechanical Engineering
• Electro : Electro Engineering
• Chemistry : Chemical Engineering
• Information Technology : Informatics Engineering - Programmer (non Networking)

General Requirements

• Male for background in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical, Electro and Chemistry.
• Male or Female for background in Accounting, HR, and Information Technology.
• Have an outstanding academic record with minimum GPA of 2/85 (PTN) or 3.00 (PTS) from 4.00 scale.
• Single and willing not to get married during the management trainee program period.
• Maximum age of 28 years old (per 31 March 2016).
